Plan Boundaries

Regardless of your chosen tier, you are a member of our community, and we are dedicated to providing the reliable, professional, high-quality craftsmanship that your home deserves.

To uphold this level of care, Holy City Protection Plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. You may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial periods. Upon cancellation, all pending service eligibility (including accrued annual/biannual tasks) is immediately forfeited.

Wall Paint: Provided by client
Polished & Premium: Service requests are scheduled in the order they are received ahead of general public inquiries. Pristine enjoys "Concierge Expedited" status, moving your request to the front of our active dispatch queue
Pacing: Annual tasks are available for booking as soon as 12 months have been paid and biannual tasks are eligible after 6 months.
Lightbulb Changes: High-ceiling service covers bulbs within the reach of our standard 12-foot ladder. If specialized equipment or scaffolding is required, a member-only rate will be provided.
